All prices listed on Mother Goose Gifts for Little People are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
SHIPPING
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Orders are sent via Regular Parcel with Australia Post. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped via Registered Post with Australia Post. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within Australia.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Mother Goose Gifts for Little People will always endeavour to supply exactly the products ordered, however, we reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available, for a product of equal quality and cost. We will contact you prior to shipping your order to discuss substitutions and to receive confirmation from you to proceed with your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit or cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before shipping).
Credit card payments can be made online through our secure server. If for any reason your credit card is declined, we will endeavour to contact you.
Direct deposit payments must be received within 3 working days of your order being placed, or your order will automatically be cancelled. Banking details will be advised on completion of your order. Address for cheque postage will be advised on completion of your order. Once funds are received, your order will then be processed and shipped.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Mother Goose Gifts for Little People on 07 5531 1392 immediately. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is up to the discretion of Mother Goose Gifts for Little People. However, if the gift has left our premises, we cannot accept any cancellations.
REFUNDS POLICY
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. Faulty products must be returned complete with their original packaging, and a replacement or refund will be provided. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, therefore no returned goods will be accepted COD.
