REFUNDS POLICY
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. Faulty products must be returned complete with their original packaging, and a replacement or refund will be provided. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, therefore no returned goods will be accepted COD.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Mother Goose Gifts for Little People on 07 5531 1392 immediately. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is up to the discretion of Mother Goose Gifts for Little People. However, if the gift has left our premises, we cannot accept any cancellations.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit or cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before shipping).
Credit card payments can be made online through our secure server. If for any reason your credit card is declined, we will endeavour to contact you.
Direct deposit payments must be received within 3 working days of your order being placed, or your order will automatically be cancelled. Banking details will be advised on completion of your order. Address for posting cheques will be advised on completion of your order. Once funds are received, your order will then be processed and shipped.
