Mothergoose.com.au is owned and run by three sisters, all living far away from eachother.  Juliette lives at the Gold Coast, Carolyn lives in Melbourne and Susan lives near Goondiwindi.

When we started having children, we realised a need for mums to be able to buy beautiful quality baby gifts from the comfort of their own computer making giving beautiful gifts easy, instead of a mission at the shops, then a mission at the Post Office, and so on.  Or, in the case of people who live rurally, shops can far away and even then, can be limited.

We pride ourselves on always offering practical, educational and cuddly baby gifts that we know are tried and tested by mums, and we know are sure to be favourites in any home.  We believe that every child deserves quality, which is why we spend our time finding the best quality gifts and the best designs so you won't spend time worrying. 

It's also important to us to give a service and be not just an internet site.  You can contact us by phone or email 7 days a week for personal one-on-one assistance, all queries are welcome.

All of our Baby Hampers, Christening & Baptism Hampers, and 1st Birthday Hampers have been created with baby's and mums needs in mind, along with feedback received from our customers.

All of our gifts come guaranteed to reach you or your loved ones safely, or we'll replace any damaged items (including postage & handling) free of charge. We use exclusively Australia Post, for the very reason that we can deliver to any address in Australia.  We have been limited by web sites ourselves who use couriers to deliver their products, which of course limits deliveries to rural addresses and PO Boxes.  We can deliver to any address you choose.

In addition to our baby gifts, we also recognise a need for information for our mums on a huge range of subjects including breast feeding, post natal depression and even toilet training.  Check out our Info for Mums page where we have links to organisations that can help answer questions whether you live in the city or in the bush.  We also regularly blog on important issues that might help mums answer questions, share their stories, or even just know they are not alone in whatever they are dealing with. We invite anyone who would like to share their stories or tips to contact us or comment on our blogs.  If we can help even a few mums with our information, we'll be happy.
